Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Acetaminophen, Brompheniramine, Phenylpropanolamine
Acetaminophen, Brompheniramine, Phenylpropanolamine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP1A2 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence shows that bacopa extract can moderately and non-competitively inhibit CYP1A2, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This Dimetapp product is a combo of three things: acetaminophen (the pain and fever reducer in Tylenol), brompheniramine (an antihistamine), and phenylpropanolamine (a decongestant). The concern here is a lab-based one. In test-tube studies, bacopa may slow down a liver enzyme called CYP1A2, which helps clear certain medicines. If that enzyme runs slower, drug levels could theoretically creep up a bit.
In real life, the evidence is thin and conflicting, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. If anything did happen, you might notice a little more of this combo's usual effects, like drowsiness or dry mouth from the antihistamine, or jitteriness from the decongestant. To be safe, just run it past your pharmacist or doctor before pairing them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Acetaminophen, Brompheniramine, Phenylpropanolamine page
“This combination cold medicine deserves real care around supplements, mainly because of the decongestant it contains. Phenylpropanolamine, one of the three ingredients in Dimetapp Cold and Flu (alongside acetaminophen and brompheniramine), is a stimulant, and the most serious entries here are herbs like ephedra that push heart rate and…”
