Miconazole falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.

Theoretically, bacopa might increase the levels and adverse effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP3A4 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence suggests that bacopa extract can moderately and competitively inhibit CYP3A4, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.

Here's the good news first: most people use miconazole as a cream, suppository, or powder for yeast and fungal infections (like vaginal yeast or athlete's foot). When you apply it to the skin or use it locally, very little gets into your bloodstream, so bacopa taken by mouth is very unlikely to cause a meaningful interaction.

The theory on file is that bacopa might mildly slow the CYP3A4 enzyme, which could let drugs cleared that way build up a bit. But this is based only on lab studies, and the findings even conflict with each other. With topical miconazole, that concern is mostly hypothetical. If you ever take an oral form, just check with your pharmacist or doctor first.

Bacopa is an Ayurvedic herb most often used for memory and thinking.
