Belladonna, Caffeine, Ergotamine, Pentobarbital falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Bacopa interacts with.
Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP1A2 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence shows that bacopa extract can moderately and non-competitively inhibit CYP1A2, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combination product contains caffeine, which your body clears mainly through a liver enzyme called CYP1A2. In lab dishes, bacopa has shown a possible ability to slow that enzyme down. If that happened in real life, caffeine could hang around a bit longer, which might add to the jittery feelings, a racing heart, or trouble sleeping that caffeine can already cause.
I want to be honest with you though: this is theoretical. The evidence comes only from test-tube studies, and even those disagree with each other. For most people the effect is likely small or none at all. Still, if you notice more restlessness or a pounding heartbeat after starting bacopa, mention it to your pharmacist or doctor before making any changes.

Research on the effects of bacopa extracts on CYP3A4 enzymes is conflicting. Some in vitro evidence suggests that bacopa extract can moderately and competitively inhibit CYP3A4, while other in vitro evidence suggests that any effect is unlikely to be clinically significant.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
This combo product (Micomp PB) includes ergotamine, which your body clears partly through a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. In lab dishes, bacopa has shown a mild ability to slow that same enzyme, so in theory it could let ergotamine build up a bit. With ergotamine, higher levels can mean stronger effects like nausea, tingling or numbness in the fingers and toes, leg cramps, or cold hands and feet. The caffeine in this product could also feel a little stronger (jitters, racing heart).
Honestly, this is only a theoretical concern based on test-tube studies, and the research is mixed. Most people won't notice anything. Still, since ergotamine has a narrow safe range, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before starting bacopa.

ANTICHOLINERGIC DRUGS

Bacopa seems to inhibit acetylcholinesterase and might increase acetylcholine levels, which could counteract the effects of anticholinergic drugs. Similarly, anticholinergic drugs might counteract the cholinergic effects of bacopa.

This combination product contains belladonna, which works as an anticholinergic. In plain terms, belladonna calms cramping and overactivity by blocking acetylcholine, one of your body's chemical messengers. Bacopa is thought to do the opposite, nudging acetylcholine levels up. So in theory, the two could partly cancel each other out, meaning the belladonna may not settle your stomach or cramps quite as well, and bacopa's intended effects might also be blunted.
I want to be honest: this is a theoretical concern based on how each works, not something proven in real patients. For most people it likely stays minor. Still, since you'd be taking them regularly, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them so they can keep an eye on how well your medication is working.

Bacopa is an Ayurvedic herb most often used for memory and thinking.
