This 8-ingredient powder centers on lecithin — a mix of phosphatidylcholine, phosphatidylinositol, and other phospholipids that come from soy. You're also getting elemental inositol and choline, which are naturally present in the lecithin breakdown, plus fatty acids including oleic, palmitic, linoleic, and linolenic acids, along with stearic acid.

Does it work?
Moderate evidence
Inositol is possibly effective for polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), metabolic syndrome, and preterm labor, but possibly ineffective for anxiety, diabetic neuropathy (nerve pain from diabetes), and depression. Oleic acid is possibly effective for high cholesterol and coronary heart disease.
Choline has insufficient evidence to rate for athletic performance, bronchitis, age-related cognitive decline, fatty liver during tube feeding (TPN-associated hepatic steatosis), hay fever, and Alzheimer disease. The evidence we hold does not establish effectiveness for other claimed uses of this product.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Inositol is generally well tolerated at common doses, with mostly mild digestive side effects like diarrhea, gas, and nausea. Choline is generally safe in food amounts, but high-dose supplements can cause fishy body odor, diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, and sweating — especially above 9 grams daily.
Oleic acid, in food amounts from sources like olive oil, is generally recognized as safe. For inositol in pregnancy, the safety data advises caution and medical supervision since safety is not fully established; inositol is possibly safe.
Choline is likely safe in pregnancy and lactation but should follow prenatal or supplement doses advised by your doctor, since choline needs are higher while breastfeeding. Oleic acid safety in pregnancy and lactation from concentrated supplements is not well studied — food amounts are fine.
