- Directions: Blend 2 scoops of Simply Young Longevity-C into 4 to 6 oz of chosen liquid or alternatively make into a tonic: 8 to 10oz electrolyte drink. Because this is intended as a superfood vitamin "shot," you may use almond milk, coconut milk, rice milk, or water, mixed with any of the following: 1/2 cup of ice. Frozen fruit, or Simply Young Longevity Protein or just eat the powder like when you were a kid!
