HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Power Circu-Clear by Dr. Seth's Vitamin Vibrations
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Full disclosure
Power Circu-Clear has 3 active ingredients. Serratiopeptidase is a protein-digesting enzyme.
Rutin is a bioflavonoid (a plant compound) that may support blood vessel health. Natto NSP-2 delivers nattokinase, an enzyme derived from fermented soy that some research suggests may help keep blood flowing more freely.
The capsule also contains microcrystalline cellulose, hypromellose, gellan gum, and leucine as inactive ingredients.
Does it work?
Not established
The evidence for this product's ingredients is limited. Rutin carries insufficient reliable evidence for aging skin, autism spectrum disorder, inflammatory bowel disease, diabetes, exercise-induced respiratory infections, and hemorrhoids.
Nattokinase (Natto NSP-2) also lacks sufficient reliable evidence for angina, atherosclerosis, cancer, cardiovascular disease, and chronic fatigue syndrome. We don't have effectiveness ratings on file for serratiopeptidase.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Rutin is generally well tolerated in food and short-term supplement use, though long-term safety data are limited — it's best avoided unless your doctor advises otherwise. It may cause headache, flushing, or rash in some people.
Nattokinase is generally tolerated short-term but carries a caution for anyone at risk of bleeding, since it thins the blood. Rare reports of bleeding, including one case of bleeding in the brain, have been tied to nattokinase.
It can also trigger hypersensitivity reactions, including anaphylaxis, in people sensitive to natto. Safety data for pregnancy and breastfeeding are not sufficient for either ingredient — talk to your doctor or pharmacist before use if you're pregnant or nursing.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
Before you take Power Circu-Clear, double-check if you're on blood thinners or antiplatelet drugs (like warfarin or aspirin) — nattokinase raises your bleeding risk moderately and has caused serious bleeding in at least one case. If you take diabetes medications, check with your pharmacist too, since rutin may increase your risk of low blood sugar.
Serratiopeptidase isn't something we could check, so mention that to your pharmacist as well.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFully disclosed formula with no established evidence rating for its marketed use. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
Power Circu-Clear may be worth considering if your doctor supports it and you're not on blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, or diabetes medications. If you take any of those, or any prescription medications, check them against this product first.
Pregnancy and breastfeeding? Talk to your pharmacist — the safety data aren't there yet.

Formula
Nattokinase is a fibrinolytic enzyme produced from natto, a Japanese fermented soy product. The nattokinase in this formula has high enzyme activity providing 20,000 fibrin units (FU) per gram and does not contain vitamin K. The plus in this formula is the inclusion of another fibrinolytic enzyme, serratiopeptidase with rutin, a flavonoid that acts as a free radical scavenger to support a capillary strength and vascular health.

Power Circu-Clear by Dr. Seth's Vitamin Vibrations Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
Power Circu-Clear by Dr.
Seth's Vitamin Vibrations contains two ingredients we could check for drug interactions, plus one we couldn't. The most serious concern is nattokinase (the active component of Natto NSP-2), which has a moderate-severity interaction with blood thinners and antiplatelet drugs like warfarin and aspirin — it can increase your bleeding risk.
There's even a case report of a person who took nattokinase alongside low-dose aspirin and developed bleeding in the brain.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Rutin, the product's other checked ingredient, interacts moderately with diabetes medications. It may theoretically raise your risk of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia) when combined with antidiabetes drugs, since animal research suggests rutin itself lowers blood sugar.
We couldn't check serratiopeptidase — we hold no data for it. Altogether, these interactions span 372 individual medications.
Before you start this product, run all your current medications through the checker below, especially if you take blood thinners, antiplatelet drugs, or diabetes medications.
