HelloPharmacist Scorecard of Probiotic 750 Million CFU by ETST Earth Science Tech
Our pharmacy team’s full take, with four database checks built into the cards below — a summary of what is known, not a grade of the product itself.
What’s inside
Low disclosure
This product contains 8 ingredients, of which 6 are probiotics (live beneficial bacteria) and one is a prebiotic fiber. The four probiotics we have data for are Bacillus coagulans, DE111 (a strain of Bacillus subtilis), Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum; two others—Lactobacillus rhamnosus and Lactobacillus casei—round out the blend.
FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) is a prebiotic that may help feed the beneficial bacteria already in your gut. The remaining ingredients are inactive—vegetable cellulose, microcrystalline cellulose, vegetable magnesium stearate, and silicon dioxide are fillers and binders that hold the capsule together.
Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for this product's probiotics varies by condition. Bacillus coagulans is possibly effective for constipation and irritable bowel syndrome (IBS).
DE111 (Bacillus subtilis) is possibly effective for antibiotic-associated diarrhea. Lactobacillus acidophilus is possibly effective for IBS, Helicobacter pylori infection, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, and bacterial vaginosis.
Bifidobacterium bifidum is possibly effective for IBS and respiratory tract infections. For many other conditions—athletic performance, cancer, eczema, diabetes, and others—the evidence isn't established yet in the data we hold.
FOS effectiveness is also not established for the conditions tracked in our data.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
The probiotics here are generally well tolerated in healthy adults, though product quality and safety can vary. Because they contain live organisms, there's a theoretical concern about infection in people with severely weakened immune systems, central lines or catheters, or serious illness; cases of bacteremia and sepsis have been reported in these high-risk groups, though they're uncommon.
In relatively healthy people with intact immune systems, this risk is very low. Common side effects are mild and digestive—bloating, flatulence, abdominal pain, and sometimes diarrhea—especially when you first start.
The safety data for this product is limited overall, so talk with your doctor or pharmacist before use, especially if you have a weakened immune system or serious illness. For pregnancy and lactation, Lactobacillus acidophilus and Bifidobacterium bifidum are rated possibly safe, but data are not provided for the other ingredients in this product.
Meds to double-check
Moderate interaction found
If you take antibiotics, time this product at least a few hours apart—ideally morning and evening—so the antibiotic doesn't kill the probiotic organisms and render them less effective. No other medication types are documented as interacting with the ingredients we could check.
The bottom line
Scorecard at a glanceFormula with limited ingredient disclosure with some supporting evidence behind its ingredients' uses. Moderate medication interactions have been identified, and safety information is well characterized.
This probiotic may help if you're dealing with IBS, antibiotic-associated diarrhea, constipation, or certain infections, though evidence is strongest for IBS and weakest for many other uses. The main thing to watch for is taking it far away from antibiotics—they'll cancel each other out.
It's generally well tolerated but can cause bloating and gas, especially at first. Talk with your doctor or pharmacist before starting, especially if you have a weakened immune system or serious illness.

Probiotic 750 Million CFU by ETST Earth Science Tech Drug Interactions
HelloPharmacist Interaction Report
ETST Earth Science Tech's Probiotic 750 Million CFU contains four live-organism ingredients—Bacillus coagulans, DE111 (Bacillus subtilis), Lactobacillus acidophilus, and Bifidobacterium bifidum—that all interact with antibiotics.
All four share the same moderate-severity concern: antibiotics can kill the probiotic organisms and reduce their effectiveness, so you'll want to separate when you take them.
Read the full breakdown — every affected drug type, severity by severity
Altogether, these interactions span 182 individual medications. The drug type affected is antibiotics (a broad category including penicillins, cephalosporins, fluoroquinolones, macrolides, and many others).
The practical fix is simple—take the probiotic and your antibiotic at different times of day; ask your pharmacist for specific timing if you're unsure.
We could not check three of the ingredients—Lactobacillus rhamnosus, Lactobacillus casei, and BioMOS FG—because we hold no data for them. FOS (fructo-oligosaccharides) has no interactions documented in our data.

Bacillus coagulans
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking antibiotics with Bacillus coagulans might decrease the effectiveness of B. coagulans.
B. coagulans preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and B. coagulans preparations by at least two hours.
DE111 (Bacillus subtillis)
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Bacillus subtilis with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of B. subtilis.
Since B. subtilis preparations usually contain live and active organisms, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and B. subtilis preparations by at least 2 hours.
Lactobacillus acidophilus
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Lactobacillus acidophilus with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of L. acidophilus.
L. acidophilus preparations usually contain live and active organisms. Therefore, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and L. acidophilus preparations by at least two hours.
Bifidobacterium bifidum
Antibiotic Drugs
Theoretically, taking Bifidobacterium. bifidum with antibiotic drugs might decrease the effectiveness of B. bifidum.
Since B. bifidum preparations usually contain live and active organisms, simultaneously taking antibiotics might kill a significant number of the organisms. Tell patients to separate administration of antibiotics and B. bifidum preparations by at least 2 hours.
