Stinging nettle and saw palmetto are generally well tolerated in adults when used as directed, though quality and long-term safety data are limited. The most common side effects reported are mild gastrointestinal symptoms — constipation, diarrhea, and nausea — and saw palmetto may occasionally cause headache, dizziness, or fatigue.
