SuperZLite is a 7-ingredient liquid containing two active ingredients with established interaction profiles: fulvic acid (formed from plant oxidation and polymerization) and fenugreek extract. Fulvic acid is included for potential support with respiratory tract infections, lead exposure, eczema, fatigue, and hay fever, though the evidence for these uses is currently insufficient.
Fenugreek extract is traditionally used for sexual function, menstrual discomfort, and blood sugar support. The formula also includes purified water, ethyl alcohol, micronized zeolite, a proprietary mineral blend called SuperZLite Proprietary Blend, and biodynamic rosemary hydrosol.

Does it work?
Moderate evidence
The evidence for fulvic acid in SuperZLite is not yet established in our data — it's been studied for respiratory infections, lead toxicity, eczema, fatigue, and hay fever, but the quality or amount of research is insufficient to draw conclusions. Fenugreek extract, on the other hand, shows possibly effective evidence for sexual dysfunction and arousal, and for type 2 diabetes support.
Fenugreek has also been studied for menstrual pain (dysmenorrhea) with a possibly effective rating. Keep in mind that 'possibly effective' means some research supports it, but it's not a guarantee for every person.
How safe is it?
Well-documented data
Fulvic acid appears generally well tolerated in the short term, though high-quality human safety data is limited. The most common side effects reported orally are diarrhea, headache, and sore throat; a rare serious side effect is Kashin-Beck bone disease.
Fulvic acid is not recommended during pregnancy or breastfeeding due to insufficient safety information. Fenugreek is generally well tolerated at food amounts, but supplement doses may cause abdominal pain, bloating, diarrhea, upset stomach, gas, nausea, or low blood sugar.
Rare serious effects include severe allergic reactions like swelling of the throat or tongue and bronchospasm (airway tightening). Fenugreek should be avoided during pregnancy at medicinal doses because it may affect the uterus; if you're breastfeeding and thinking of using it to boost milk supply, the evidence is limited and you should discuss it with your provider first.

The most serious concern involves blood thinners (anticoagulants) and anti-clotting drugs like warfarin and clopidogrel — fulvic acid may make them less effective by speeding clot formation, while fenugreek might add to their effects and raise your bleeding risk. These are opposite problems, and either way, if you take any blood thinner, you need to check with your pharmacist before using this product.

Fulvic acid also interacts with thyroid hormone therapy (it may interfere with your dose) and immunosuppressants (it may reduce their effects). Fenugreek carries additional concerns: it can lower blood sugar, so it may boost the effects of diabetes drugs and potentially cause low blood sugar (hypoglycemia); it may reduce how well theophylline (an asthma and COPD medication), phenytoin (an anti-seizure drug), and sildenafil (Viagra) work in your body; and it may add blood-pressure-lowering effects if you take metoprolol.

Fenugreek Extract
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, fenugreek might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Some of the constituents in fenugreek have antiplatelet effects in animal and in vitro research. However, common fenugreek products might not contain sufficient concentrations of these constituents for clinical effects. A clinical study in patients with coronary artery disease or diabetes shows that taking fenugreek seed powder 2.5 grams twice daily for 3 months does not affect platelet aggregation, fibrinolytic activity, or fibrinogen levels .
Antidiabetes Drugs
Theoretically, fenugreek seed might have additive hypoglycemic effects when used with antidiabetes drugs.
Clinical research shows that fenugreek seed can reduce fasting blood glucose and 2-hour postprandial glucose levels in adults with type 2 diabetes.
Clopidogrel (Plavix)
Theoretically, fenugreek seed might alter the clinical effects of clopidogrel by inhibiting its conversion to the active form.
Animal research shows that fenugreek seed 200 mg/kg daily for 14 days increases the maximum serum concentration of clopidogrel by 21%. It is unclear how this affects the pharmacokinetics of the active metabolite of clopidogrel; however, this study found that concomitant use of fenugreek seed and clopidogrel prolonged bleeding time by an additional 11%.
Metoprolol (Toprol)
Theoretically, fenugreek seed might have additive hypotensive effects when used with metoprolol.
Animal research shows that fenugreek seed 300 mg/kg daily for 2 weeks decreases systolic and diastolic blood pressure by 9% and 11%, respectively, when administered alone, and by 15% and 22%, respectively, when given with metoprolol 10 mg/kg.
Phenytoin (Dilantin)
Theoretically, fenugreek might decrease plasma levels of phenytoin.
Animal research shows that taking fenugreek seeds for 1 week decreases maximum concentrations and the area under the curve of a single dose of phenytoin by 44% and 72%, respectively. This seems to be related to increased clearance. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Sildenafil (Viagra)
Theoretically, concurrent use of sildenafil and fenugreek might reduce levels and therapeutic effects of sildenafil.
Animal research shows that taking fenugreek seeds for 1 week reduces maximum concentrations and the area under the curve of a single dose of sildenafil by 27% and 48%, respectively. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.
Theophylline
Theoretically, fenugreek may reduce the levels and clinical effects of theophylline.
Animal research shows that fenugreek 50 grams daily for 7 days reduces the maximum serum concentration (Cmax) of theophylline by 28% and the area under the plasma drug concentration-time curve (AUC) by 22%.
Warfarin (Coumadin)
Theoretically, fenugreek might have additive effects with warfarin and increase the international normalized ratio (INR).
Some fenugreek constituents have antiplatelet effects, although these might not be present in concentrations that are clinically significant. In one case report, a patient taking warfarin experienced an increased INR when starting to take fenugreek in combination with boldo.
Antihypertensive Drugs
Fenugreek may also have an additive effect on blood pressure-lowering medications. Studies on animals have shown that fenugreek seed can decrease both systolic and diastolic blood pressure by up to 22% when combined with metoprolol. Therefore, it is essential to monitor your blood pressure regularly if you are taking fenugreek and metoprolol together or any other antihypertensive drugs.
Fulvic Acid
Anticoagulant/Antiplatelet Drugs
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid may decrease the effectiveness of anticoagulant and antiplatelet drugs.
In vitro evidence shows that fulvic acid, formed from the oxidation and polymerization of protocatechuic acid, can shorten prothrombin time in human plasma, increasing the risk of clot formation.
Immunosuppressants
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid might decrease the effects of immunosuppressive therapy.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid stimulates immune function.
Thyroid Hormone
Theoretically, taking fulvic acid with thyroid hormone therapy might interfere with the ability to normalize thyroid function.
Animal research shows that fulvic acid increases the plasma level of thyroid-stimulating hormone (TSH) and decreases the thyroxine (T4):triiodothyronine (T3) ratio.
