🩺 Clinical
This is an oral film-coated tablet marketed as an over-the-counter cold and flu product under the OTC monograph rules. It contains acetaminophen, which is typically used to reduce fever and relieve pain; dextromethorphan, a cough suppressant commonly found in cold products; guaifenesin, an expectorant often used to help thin mucus; and phenylephrine, a nasal decongestant intended to reduce nasal congestion. The combination of these ingredients is typical of multi-symptom cold and flu preparations.
