Amlodipine, Celecoxib falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Consensi combines amlodipine (a blood pressure pill) with celecoxib (an anti-inflammatory for arthritis pain). Both rely on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to be cleared from your body. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and lab testing suggests BMPEA can slow that enzyme down by about a third. If that happens, more of both drugs could linger in your system.

In plain terms, you might see stronger effects: amlodipine could cause more dizziness, flushing, or ankle swelling, and celecoxib levels could nudge up too. On top of that, the stimulant itself can push blood pressure the wrong way. Keep in mind this is theoretical, based only on test-tube data. Please check with your pharmacist or doctor before trying any product like this.
