Ibrexafungerp Citrate falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Acacia Rigidula interacts with.

Theoretically, Acacia rigidula products that are adulterated with beta-methylphenylethylamine (BMPEA) might increase the levels of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that BMPEA, an adulterant found in many Acacia rigidula products, inhibits CYP3A4 enzyme by 37%.

Here's the basic idea: your body clears Brexafemme (ibrexafungerp) using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Some Acacia rigidula products have been found spiked with a stimulant called BMPEA, and lab tests suggest BMPEA can slow that enzyme down by about a third. If that enzyme works slower, this antifungal could build up a little higher than expected, which may bump up side effects like nausea, diarrhea, stomach pain, or dizziness.

I want to be honest about the strength of this, though. It's theoretical, based only on test-tube research, not real patients. The bigger concern with these products is that an unapproved stimulant has no business being in them. Please run any Acacia rigidula product by your pharmacist or doctor first.
