Here's the short version: Mephentermine (Wyamine Sulfate) is itself a stimulant. It raises blood pressure and gives the heart and blood vessels a push, which is why it's used in certain situations like a sudden drop in blood pressure. Acacia rigidula products are also sold as stimulants, and some have even been found to contain a hidden stimulant drug called BMPEA.

So the worry here is simple addition: two stimulants stacked together can put extra strain on your heart. That could mean a racing or pounding heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, or anxiety. This concern is mostly theoretical and based on how these ingredients act, not on solid human studies, but it's a real enough reason to be careful.
