Esomeprazole, Naproxen falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Allspice interacts with.

Theoretically, combining allspice with an antiplatelet or anticoagulant drug might increase the risk of bleeding.
Eugenol, a constituent of allspice, is reported to have antiplatelet activity. However, this interaction has yet not been reported in humans.

Vimovo is a two-in-one pill: naproxen, an anti-inflammatory pain reliever, plus esomeprazole, a stomach acid blocker added to protect your gut lining. The naproxen part is the piece that matters here. NSAIDs like naproxen already make platelets a little less sticky and can irritate the stomach, so there's a built-in bleeding risk.

The concern with allspice is that one of its compounds, eugenol, may have mild blood-thinning activity in lab studies. Stacked on top of naproxen, the worry is slightly more bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding. That said, this is theoretical and hasn't actually been seen in people. Normal cooking amounts are very unlikely to matter. If you take concentrated allspice extracts or the essential oil regularly, run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
