Ezetimibe, Atorvastatin falls under ORGANIC ANION-TRANSPORTING POLYPEPTIDE SUBSTRATES (OATP) — the group Banaba interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of banaba with substrates of OATP might reduce the bioavailability of the OATP substrate.
In vitro research shows that banaba inhibits OATP, particularly OATP2B1. OATPs are expressed in the small intestine and liver and are responsible for the absorption of drugs and other compounds.

Here's the gist with Liptruzet (which combines ezetimibe and atorvastatin) and banaba. Your gut uses little transporter proteins called OATPs to help pull certain drugs into your body. Lab studies (in test tubes, not people) hint that banaba may block one of these transporters. If that happened in real life, your body might absorb a bit less of your cholesterol medicine, which could make it work a little less well at lowering your LDL.

I want to be honest though: this is theoretical and based only on early lab data, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Neither drug is a prodrug, so the concern is just slightly weaker effect, not extra side effects. Still, since banaba can also nudge blood sugar, give your pharmacist a heads-up before combining them.
