Here's the simple version: felodipine already lowers your blood pressure by relaxing your blood vessels, and banaba may nudge your blood pressure down a bit too. Put them together and those effects can add up. This isn't about banaba changing how your body breaks down felodipine. It's more that you'd be getting two things pushing in the same direction at once.

If your pressure drops too low, you might feel dizzy, lightheaded, tired, or shaky standing up. The evidence here is fairly limited and the effect is usually modest, so don't panic. Still, since banaba can also lower blood sugar, I'd loop in your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and keep an eye on how you feel.
