Fexofenadine, Pseudoephedrine falls under ORGANIC ANION-TRANSPORTING POLYPEPTIDE SUBSTRATES (OATP) — the group Banaba interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of banaba with substrates of OATP might reduce the bioavailability of the OATP substrate.
In vitro research shows that banaba inhibits OATP, particularly OATP2B1. OATPs are expressed in the small intestine and liver and are responsible for the absorption of drugs and other compounds.

Here's the gist for your Allegra-D. The fexofenadine part relies on little transporters called OATPs in your gut to get absorbed and do its job. Lab studies hint that banaba may block these transporters, which could mean less fexofenadine actually makes it into your system. In plain terms, your allergy relief might not work as well, so you could notice more sneezing, runny nose, or itchy eyes than usual.

I want to be honest though, this is based only on test-tube research, not real people, so it's more of a theoretical concern than a proven problem. The pseudoephedrine side isn't really affected by this. If you'd like to try banaba, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first so they can keep an eye on how well your allergy symptoms stay controlled.
