Cefonicid falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the gist for Cefonicid, a cephalosporin antibiotic. Like other antibiotics in this family, it can very slightly lower the seizure threshold, meaning it can make the brain a touch more prone to a seizure, usually only in people who are already at higher risk (such as those with kidney problems or a seizure history). EEG biofeedback, on its own, has also been linked in some reports to nudging that threshold down a bit.

So the theory is that pairing the two might add up and slightly raise seizure risk. I want to be honest though: this is theoretical and based on weak evidence, not something most people will ever notice. For the average person on a short antibiotic course, it's not a major worry. If you have epilepsy or a seizure history, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist before starting biofeedback.
