Diphenhydramine Hydrochloride, Naproxen Sodium falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the gist with Aleve PM. This combo pill pairs naproxen (a pain reliever) with diphenhydramine, the sedating antihistamine you'd recognize as Benadryl. Antihistamines like diphenhydramine can very slightly lower the seizure threshold, meaning they may make a seizure a touch easier to trigger in people who are already prone to them. The concern on file is that a specific kind of biofeedback, EEG (brainwave) biofeedback, might do something similar.

This is mostly theoretical and based on limited evidence, so for most folks it won't be an issue. But if you have epilepsy or a seizure history, mention both to your pharmacist or doctor before starting EEG biofeedback. Regular relaxation or muscle biofeedback isn't the same worry.
