Flucloxacillin falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the short version: flucloxacillin is a penicillin-type antibiotic, and like most penicillins it can, in rare cases, slightly lower the threshold for a seizure. This mostly matters at very high doses or in people with kidney problems or an existing seizure disorder. The concern on file is that a specific type of biofeedback, EEG (brainwave) biofeedback, might also nudge that threshold down in some people. Put the two together and, in theory, seizure risk could go up a little.

Honestly, this is a theoretical worry backed by limited evidence, not something most people need to fear. Ordinary relaxation biofeedback for headaches or muscle tension is not the same as EEG biofeedback. If you have epilepsy or are doing EEG neurofeedback, just mention it to your doctor or pharmacist before combining them.
