Hydrocodone, Pseudoephedrine, Chlorpheniramine falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's something a little surprising: this isn't about how your body breaks down Zutripro. The concern is with one specific type of biofeedback, EEG (brainwave) biofeedback, which in theory might make the brain slightly more prone to seizures in certain people. Zutripro contains hydrocodone, pseudoephedrine, and chlorpheniramine, and medicines in these families can also nudge the seizure threshold a bit lower, especially at higher doses or in folks already prone to seizures.

For most people this is a very low, mostly theoretical risk, and ordinary biofeedback for things like headaches or muscle tension isn't the same as EEG training. Still, if you have a seizure history or notice symptoms like confusion, twitching, or feeling "off," mention it. It's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining the two.
