Naltrexone Hydrochloride, Oxycodone Hydrochloride falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Here's the short version: this isn't a drug-on-drug chemistry problem. Troxyca ER pairs oxycodone (a strong opioid painkiller) with naltrexone built in to discourage misuse. Opioids like oxycodone can slightly lower the seizure threshold, meaning the brain becomes a touch more prone to a seizure, especially at higher doses or in people already at risk.

The concern on file is that one specific type of biofeedback, EEG (brainwave) biofeedback, might also nudge the seizure threshold down in some folks. Stacking the two could, in theory, add up. This is a cautious, theoretical worry, not something proven to happen often. Most other types of biofeedback (muscle tension, heart rate, breathing) aren't the issue here. If you're considering EEG biofeedback while taking this medicine, just run it by your doctor or pharmacist first.
