Nebivolol Hydrochloride, Valsartan falls under SEIZURE THRESHOLD LOWERING DRUGS — the group Biofeedback interacts with.

There is some concern that electroencephalogram (EEG) biofeedback might lower the seizure threshold in some patients. Theoretically, combining EEG biofeedback with seizure threshold-lowering drugs might increase the risk of seizure.
Some drugs that lower the seizure threshold include anesthetics (propofol, others), antiarrhythmics (mexiletine), antibiotics (amphotericin, penicillin, cephalosporins, imipenem), antidepressants (bupropion, others), antihistamines (cyproheptadine, others), immunosuppressants (cyclosporine), narcotics (fentanyl, others), stimulants (methylphenidate), theophylline, and others.

Let me ease your mind here. The concern on file is that EEG biofeedback might, in theory, lower the seizure threshold (basically making the brain a little more prone to a seizure) when paired with medicines that also do that. The thing is, Byvalson (nebivolol plus valsartan) is a blood pressure combo, not one of the seizure-threshold-lowering drugs listed. Nebivolol is a beta-blocker and valsartan is an ARB. Neither is known for lowering the seizure threshold.

So for this specific pairing, I don't see a meaningful interaction. The whole flag is theoretical and aimed at other drug types. Biofeedback can actually be a nice add-on for relaxation and blood pressure. Still, keep your doctor or pharmacist in the loop about what you're trying.
