Aspirin, Caffeine, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Blood Irradiation Therapy interacts with.

Preliminary clinical research suggests that blood irradiation therapy might reduce platelet aggregation. Case reports also suggest that blood irradiation therapy may be associated with an increased risk of nasal bleeding. Theoretically, blood irradiation therapy might increase the risk of bleeding when used concomitantly with anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs.
Some of these drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), nonsteroidal anti-inflammatory drugs (NSAIDs) such as diclofenac (Voltaren, Cataflam, others), ibuprofen (Advil, Motrin, others), naproxen (Anaprox, Naprosyn, others), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

Here's the thing to keep in mind: the aspirin part of this combo already thins your blood a bit by making your platelets less sticky. Blood irradiation therapy, where blood is exposed to UV or laser light, may do something similar and lightly reduce platelet clumping on its own. Put the two together and you could, in theory, nudge your bleeding risk up a little.

In real life that might look like easier bruising, nosebleeds that take longer to stop, or bleeding gums. I'll be honest with you though, this concern is theoretical and based mostly on early research and a few case reports, not strong proof. The codeine and caffeine pieces aren't really part of this. If you're considering this therapy, please run it by your doctor or pharmacist first.
