Rituximab-Abbs falls under IMMUNOSUPPRESSANTS — the group Boswellia Serrata interacts with.

Theoretically, Boswellia serrata might alter the effects of immunosuppressive drugs.
Some in vitro research suggests that Boswellia serrata extracts might inhibit mediators of autoimmune disorders such as leukotrienes and reduce production of antibodies and cell-mediated immunity. However, other in vitro research suggests that, when coupled with calcium ions, boswellic acids containing the keto group have immunostimulant properties within specific cell signaling pathways.

Truxima (rituximab-abbs) is a biologic infusion that works on your immune system. It's used for things like certain lymphomas, rheumatoid arthritis, and some autoimmune conditions by lowering the activity of immune cells that make antibodies. So anything that also nudges your immune system in one direction or the other is worth a second look.

Here's the honest picture: the concern with Boswellia is theoretical and comes only from lab and animal studies, not from people. Some of that research suggests boswellic acids calm immune signals, while other research hints they can actually stir the immune system up. Because the direction isn't clear and the evidence is weak, I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but I also wouldn't add a daily Boswellia supplement during rituximab therapy without first checking with your oncologist, rheumatologist, or pharmacist.
