Acetaminophen brand names: Tylenol Ex Strength, Children's Tylenol, Tylenol, Children's Tylenol Meltaways.

Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES
Why this applies to Acetaminophen
Acetaminophen falls under CYTOCHROME P450 1A2 (CYP1A2) SUBSTRATES — the group Boswellia Serrata interacts with.
In vitro research shows that Boswellia serrata gum resin inhibits CYP1A2 enzymes.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the short version: there's a possible interaction here, but it's only a theory at this point. In lab dish studies, the boswellic acids in Boswellia serrata appear to slow down an enzyme called CYP1A2, which is one of the pathways your liver uses to help process acetaminophen. If that enzyme runs slower, the thought is that a little more acetaminophen could linger in your system than usual.
That said, this comes from test-tube research only, not from real people, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Acetaminophen is generally gentle when you stay within the recommended daily limit, but the main concern with too much is liver stress. The smart move is to stick to the dosing on the label and check with your pharmacist or doctor before pairing the two regularly.

“Acetaminophen (Tylenol) feels harmless because it sits on every shelf, but this list deserves real attention, mostly because of your liver.
