Zopiclone falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Bulbine Natalensis interacts with.

Theoretically, Bulbine natalensis stem might reduce the levels and clinical effects of CYP3A4 substrates.
In vitro research shows that Bulbine natalensis stem extract induces CYP3A4 mRNA expression and enzyme activity. Theoretically, this may increase the metabolism of CYP3A4 substrates, but this has not been studied in humans.

Here's the gist for Zopiclone. Your body relies on a liver enzyme called CYP3A4 to clear this sleep aid out of your system. In lab and animal studies, Bulbine natalensis seems to speed up that enzyme. If the same thing happened in people, your body might break down zopiclone faster, leaving less of it around to do its job. In plain terms, that could mean your sleep medicine works less well, so you might find it harder to fall asleep or stay asleep.

I want to be honest with you: this is only a theoretical concern based on cell and animal work, not human studies, so we really don't know how big a deal it is. Still, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, and never adjust your zopiclone on your own.
