Theoretically, Canadian fleabane might cause additive effects and side effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs. Canadian fleabane has been shown to inhibit platelet aggregation in vitro.
Some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.

The piece of this combo product that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin works by making your platelets less sticky, which is great for preventing clots but also means you bleed a little more easily. In lab dishes, Canadian Fleabane has shown a similar effect on platelets. So in theory, pairing the two could add up and make bruising, nosebleeds, or stomach bleeding a bit more likely.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based on lab work, not real human studies, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, since both can nudge bleeding in the same direction, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them, especially if you ever notice unusual bruising or dark stools.
