Here is the interaction we found between these two, with the evidence behind it.
ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS
Why this applies to Aspirin, Pentazocine
Aspirin, Pentazocine falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Canadian Fleabane interacts with.
Some anticoagulant/antiplatelet drugs include aspirin, clopidogrel (Plavix), dalteparin (Fragmin), enoxaparin (Lovenox), heparin, ticlopidine (Ticlid), warfarin (Coumadin), and others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Talwin Compound contains aspirin, which thins the blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Canadian Fleabane, in lab dish studies, has been shown to do something similar. So the worry here is that pairing the two could add up and make bleeding a little more likely. Think easy bruising, nosebleeds that take longer to stop, or bleeding gums when you brush.
I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based on how the plant behaves in a test tube, not on real patient studies. A casual food amount is unlikely to matter much, but concentrated supplement doses are the bigger question. Since aspirin already affects bleeding, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before combining them.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Aspirin, Pentazocine page
“Talwin Compound pairs pentazocine, an opioid painkiller, with aspirin, and I read its supplement list with more concern than most. The great majority of entries do one of two things: raise the bleeding risk that aspirin already carries, or deepen the sedation pentazocine causes.”
