Aspirin, Oxycodone falls under NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS (NSAIDs) — the group Caprylic Acid interacts with.

Theoretically, caprylic acid might increase plasma concentrations of NSAIDs.
In vitro research suggests that caprylic acid might displace NSAIDs from binding sites on albumin. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Percodan combines two medicines: aspirin (an NSAID) and oxycodone (an opioid). This interaction note is really about the aspirin part. In test-tube studies, caprylic acid was able to nudge NSAIDs like aspirin off the proteins (albumin) that normally carry them in your blood. In theory, that could leave a little more free aspirin floating around, which might mean a slightly stronger effect or more aspirin-type side effects, such as stomach upset, heartburn, or easier bruising and bleeding.

I want to be honest with you though: this has only been seen in lab research, never confirmed in real people, so it is very theoretical. Food and cooking amounts of caprylic acid (think coconut oil) are unlikely to matter. If you take concentrated supplements, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
