Naproxen, Sumatriptan falls under NONSTEROIDAL ANTI-INFLAMMATORY DRUGS (NSAIDs) — the group Caprylic Acid interacts with.

Theoretically, caprylic acid might increase plasma concentrations of NSAIDs.
In vitro research suggests that caprylic acid might displace NSAIDs from binding sites on albumin. This effect has not been reported in humans.

Treximet combines naproxen (an NSAID) with sumatriptan for migraines. The concern here is only with the naproxen part. In a test tube, caprylic acid was able to bump naproxen off the proteins in your blood that normally carry it around. In theory, that leaves a bit more free, active naproxen floating loose, which could mean slightly stronger effects or more of naproxen's usual side effects, like stomach upset, heartburn, or irritation of the stomach lining.

Here's the honest part: this has only been seen in lab studies, never in real people, so it's mostly theoretical. Food amounts of caprylic acid (like coconut oil in cooking) are very unlikely to matter. If you're using a concentrated supplement, just run it by your pharmacist or doctor first.
