Here's something a lot of folks don't realize: sulfamethoxazole can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, so you may sunburn faster than usual. Celery happens to carry natural compounds called psoralens that, at least in lab studies, can do the same thing. Put the two together and the concern is that your skin could become a little extra prone to burning or rashes in the sun.

I want to keep this in perspective. This is a minor interaction backed only by theory and scattered reports, not strong human studies. Normal celery on your plate is very unlikely to matter. With concentrated celery seed supplements, just be sensible: use sunscreen, cover up, and limit midday sun. If you notice unusual burning, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
