Aripiprazole falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyll interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Here's the gist: this isn't about chlorophyll changing how your body handles aripiprazole (Abilify). Instead, both can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Aripiprazole carries a known risk of photosensitivity, meaning you may sunburn more easily, and chlorophyll has been reported to do the same. Used together, the worry is that this effect could add up and make your skin react more strongly to the sun.

To be fair, this is largely theoretical, based on a couple of case reports rather than strong studies, so I wouldn't lose sleep over it. Just be smart with sun protection: sunscreen, a hat, and limiting long midday exposure. If you notice unusual rashes, blistering, or quick burning, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
