Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Here's the gist with these two together. This isn't about chlorophyll changing how your body breaks down doxepin. Instead, both can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight. Doxepin, like other tricyclics, is known to cause photosensitivity, meaning you may sunburn faster or break out in a rash with sun exposure. Chlorophyll has been linked to the same kind of reaction in a couple of case reports, so stacking them could, in theory, add up.

I'll be honest, this concern is mostly theoretical and based on limited reports, not strong studies. Still, it's easy to play it safe: use sunscreen, cover up, and limit long sun exposure. If you notice unusual redness or blistering, check in with your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
