Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Here's the simple version. Azatadine (Optimine) is an older antihistamine used for allergy symptoms like sneezing, runny nose, and itchy eyes. One of its quirks is that it can make your skin a bit more sensitive to sunlight, so you may sunburn more easily than usual. Chlorophyll supplements have also been linked, in a couple of rare case reports, to extra sun sensitivity. So the concern here isn't about either one changing how the other is broken down. It's that both can nudge your skin toward sunburn, and using them together could add up.

This is a theoretical concern based on weak evidence, so please don't panic. Just be smart in the sun: use sunscreen, wear a hat, and check with your pharmacist if you notice unusual redness or rashes.
