Chlorpheniramine, Phenylephrine, Pyrilamine falls under PHOTOSENSITIZING DRUGS — the group Chlorophyll interacts with.

Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

This combination product (an antihistamine plus a decongestant) is mostly used for cold and allergy symptoms like a runny nose and congestion. The concern here isn't about your liver breaking the drug down or chlorophyll changing its levels. Instead, it's about your skin and the sun. Some medicines, including certain antihistamines like these, can make your skin more sensitive to sunlight, and chlorophyll has been reported to do the same thing in a few rare cases.

The worry is that using both together could add up and make a sunburn-like reaction more likely. Keep in mind this is mostly theoretical and based on weak evidence, so don't panic. To be safe, use sunscreen and limit strong sun exposure. If you notice unusual redness, blistering, or a rash, check in with your pharmacist or doctor.
