METHOTREXATE (Trexall, others)

Theoretically, chlorophyll may reduce the clearance of methotrexate.
In one case report, a 54-year-old male developed delayed clearance of intravenous high-dose methotrexate with concomitant use of chlorophyll. When chlorophyll was stopped 2 days prior to methotrexate treatment, methotrexate clearance was unaffected.

Here's the gist for methotrexate: it's a drug your body needs to clear out steadily, and there's a concern that chlorophyll supplements may slow that process down. If methotrexate hangs around longer than it should, levels can creep up, and that's when you start worrying about side effects like mouth sores, nausea, low blood counts, liver irritation, or fatigue. Methotrexate is a narrow-margin drug, so even modest changes in how fast you clear it can matter.

Now, be reassured the actual evidence here is thin. It comes mainly from one patient on high-dose IV methotrexate, where stopping chlorophyll a couple days early fixed the problem. Still, don't start or stop anything on your own. Just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up that you're using chlorophyll so they can keep an eye on things.
