Theoretically, concomitant use of chlorophyll with photosensitizing drugs may have additive effects.
Chlorophyll has been reported to cause photosensitization. In two case reports, pseudoporphyria developed after oral intake of chlorophyll. Theoretically, concomitant use with other photosensitizing drugs may exacerbate this effect.

Here's the simple version: phenindamine (Nolahist) is an older antihistamine, and like several allergy medicines it can make your skin a little more sensitive to sunlight. Chlorophyll has been linked, in a couple of rare case reports, to the same kind of sun-triggered skin reaction. When you take both, the concern is that those effects could add up, leaving you more prone to sunburn, redness, or a rash on skin that gets sun exposure.

Keep this in perspective. This is mostly a theoretical, additive concern based on limited reports, not something most people will run into. If you use both, simple steps help: wear sunscreen, cover up, and limit strong midday sun. Notice unusual rashes or easy burning? Loop in your pharmacist or doctor before changing anything.
