Isradipine falls under CYTOCHROME P450 3A4 (CYP3A4) SUBSTRATES — the group Chokeberry interacts with.

Theoretically, chokeberry might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP3A4.
In vitro research shows that chokeberry inhibits CYP3A4. In humans, there is one case report of a drug interaction with trabectedin, a CYP3A4 substrate, which is hypothesized to have been caused by chokeberry inhibition of CYP3A4.

Here's the gist: your body clears isradipine using a liver enzyme called CYP3A4. Chokeberry, at least in test-tube studies, seems to slow that enzyme down a bit. If it does the same thing in real life, less isradipine would get broken down, so more could linger in your bloodstream than usual.

Since isradipine is already relaxing your blood vessels to lower blood pressure, a little extra could nudge that effect further. Things to watch for would be dizziness, lightheadedness (especially standing up), flushing, headache, swollen ankles, or a faster heartbeat. That said, this concern is mostly theoretical, based on lab work and a single case report with a different drug. Eating chokeberry as juice or jam is unlikely to be a problem, but before starting a concentrated supplement, run it by your pharmacist or doctor.
