Here's the gist: some animal studies hint that coconut (especially coconut milk) might nudge blood sugar a little lower on its own. Pair that with ertugliflozin (Steglatro), which already lowers your glucose by flushing extra sugar out through your urine, and in theory the two together could push your numbers down a bit more than expected.

I want to be honest with you, though: this is very weak evidence, based only on lab and animal work, and it's rated unlikely and minor. Eating coconut as a normal food is not something I'd worry about. If you used large medicinal doses, just keep an eye out for low blood sugar signs like shakiness, sweating, or dizziness, and check in with your pharmacist or doctor before making any changes.
