Alogliptin, Pioglitazone falls under HEPATOTOXIC DRUGS — the group Comfrey interacts with.

Theoretically, comfrey might have additive adverse effects on the liver when used with hepatotoxic drugs.
Due to its pyrrolizidine alkaloid constituents, comfrey can cause hepatotoxic effects, including ascites, cirrhosis, hepatic fibrosis, hepatomegaly, and sinusoidal obstruction syndrome.

Here's the simple version. Oseni combines two diabetes medicines, alogliptin and pioglitazone. Pioglitazone in particular is one we already keep an eye on for the liver, and your doctor may even check liver enzymes from time to time while you're on it. Comfrey contains natural compounds (pyrrolizidine alkaloids) that can be hard on the liver, especially when swallowed.

So the concern here is simple addition: two things that each stress the liver, used together, could add up. This is a theoretical worry based on how comfrey behaves, not proven cases with this exact drug, so I don't want to alarm you. Still, please don't take comfrey by mouth, and check with your pharmacist or doctor before using even skin products.
