Aspirin, Carisoprodol, Codeine Phosphate falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Cordyceps interacts with.

Theoretically, cordyceps may increase the risk of bleeding when used with antiplatelet or anticoagulant drugs.
In vitro and animal research suggests that cordyceps extract inhibits platelet aggregation and function. However, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

The piece of this combo pill that matters here is the aspirin. Aspirin already thins your blood by keeping platelets from clumping together. Lab and animal studies suggest cordyceps may do something similar, so stacking the two could, in theory, add up and make bleeding a bit more likely. Think easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or a small cut that takes longer to stop.

I want to be honest about the strength of this: it's theoretical, based only on test-tube and animal work, and has not actually been reported in people. So no need to panic. Still, since both can affect bleeding, it's worth a quick chat with your pharmacist or doctor before adding a cordyceps supplement, especially around any surgery or dental work.
