Here's the simple version: penbutolol (Levatol) already works to bring your blood pressure down. Coriander, in concentrated amounts, may nudge blood pressure a little lower too. So in theory, the two together could push your numbers down further than expected.

If that happened, you might feel lightheaded, dizzy, unusually tired, or notice your heartbeat feeling slow, especially when you stand up quickly. I want to be honest about the strength of this, though: it's based only on animal studies, not real human evidence. Everyday cilantro on your food is very unlikely to matter. Concentrated extracts or coriander oil are a different story. If you use those, just give your pharmacist or doctor a heads-up rather than changing anything on your own.
