Cerivastatin Sodium falls under ORGANIC ANION-TRANSPORTING POLYPEPTIDE SUBSTRATES (OATP) — the group Eleuthero interacts with.

Theoretically, eleuthero might decrease levels of drugs metabolized by OATP.
In vitro research suggests that eleuthero inhibits OATP2B1, which might reduce the bioavailability of oral drugs that are substrates of OATP2B1. Due to the weak inhibitory effect identified in this study, this interaction is not likely to be clinically significant.

Here's the quick version on combining eleuthero with cerivastatin. Cerivastatin relies on a transporter called OATP to get absorbed and moved into liver cells, where statins do their work lowering cholesterol. Lab studies hint that eleuthero might gently block one of those transporters (OATP2B1), which could slightly reduce how much of the drug your body takes in. In theory, that might make the statin a touch less effective at lowering your LDL.

Honestly, this is very weak, test-tube-only evidence, and the blocking effect seen was small, so it's unlikely to cause a real-world problem. One thing to note: cerivastatin (Baycol) was actually pulled from the market years ago over safety concerns, so if you're taking it, please double-check that with your doctor or pharmacist.
