Belladonna, Caffeine, Ergotamine, Pentobarbital falls under STIMULANT DRUGS — the group Ergot interacts with.
Some stimulant drugs include albuterol (Proventil, Ventolin), diethylpropion (Tenuate), dopamine, epinephrine, phentermine (Ionamin), pseudoephedrine (Sudafed), and many others.
Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here's the tricky part with Micomp PB: this medicine already contains ergotamine, which is itself an ergot chemical. It also has caffeine, a mild stimulant. So if you were to add a separate ergot product on top of this, you'd basically be stacking ergot on ergot, plus a stimulant in the mix. Both ergot and stimulants tend to tighten and narrow your blood vessels.
Doubling up that effect could mean cold, numb, or tingly fingers and toes, leg cramps, headache, or in rare cases dangerously reduced blood flow. The evidence here is mostly anecdotal, but because ergot is genuinely risky and already in this combo pill, I'd be very cautious. Please don't combine extra ergot with this medicine without first checking with your pharmacist or doctor.

ERGOT DERIVATIVES

Interaction has been documented in animal or in lab research, or the interaction has been documented in humans but is limited to case reports or conflicting clinical research exists.
Here is the key thing to know: your Micomp PB already contains ergotamine, which is itself an ergot alkaloid. Adding ergot (the crude fungus) on top of it stacks two sources of the same vessel-tightening chemicals. That can pile on the effects rather than help anything.
When ergot activity gets too high, you can run into cold or tingling hands and feet, leg cramps, nausea, headache, or blood vessels squeezing down too far. This warning rests on anecdotal reports rather than strong studies, so I am not trying to scare you. Still, raw ergot is genuinely toxic and should never be taken as a home remedy. Please run any supplement past your pharmacist or doctor before mixing it with this medicine.

Ergot is a toxic fungus that grows on rye and contains powerful chemicals (ergot alkaloids) that strongly narrow blood vessels and squeeze the uterus. Because raw ergot is poisonous and the dose is impossible to control safely, it should never be used as a home remedy or supplement. Some purified ergot chemicals are used as prescription drugs under strict medical supervision, but the crude herb is not safe to take.
