European Mandrake + Repotrectinib
Repotrectinib brand name: Augtyro.
European Mandrake has a moderate interaction with Repotrectinib. Theoretically, concurrent use might increase absorption of some drugs because of inhibited gastrointestinal (GI) motility caused by European mandrake.

ORAL DRUGS
Why this applies to Repotrectinib
Repotrectinib falls under ORAL DRUGS — the group European Mandrake interacts with.
Interaction has not been documented in well-controlled studies, however, the interaction has been demonstrated in some small human studies or in controlled animal studies in conjunction with multiple case reports..
Let me start with the most important point: European mandrake is genuinely toxic and shouldn't be taken at all. It's a poisonous nightshade plant, not a safe supplement, so please don't use it in any form.
Here's the theory behind this pairing. Mandrake's tropane alkaloids slow down how fast your gut moves things along. Repotrectinib (Augtyro) is an oral cancer medicine that treats certain lung tumors and solid tumors with specific gene changes. If your gut empties more slowly, your body may absorb a bit more of it, which could nudge up side effects like dizziness, numbness or tingling, muscle weakness, fatigue, or trouble with balance and thinking. This is a theoretical concern based on how these substances behave, not something proven in studies. Repotrectinib is not a prodrug, so more absorption means stronger effects, not weaker ones. Please talk with your oncology team or pharmacist before mixing anything with Augtyro.

From our pharmacist’s overview on the Repotrectinib page
“If you take repotrectinib (Augtyro) for ROS1-positive lung cancer or an NTRK-driven tumor, this list calls for real caution, not a quick skim. Repotrectinib relies on the CYP3A4 enzyme to leave your body, and most of the 186 entries here can push its blood level up or drag it down.”
