Dicumarol falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Fenugreek interacts with.

Theoretically, fenugreek might have additive effects when used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Some of the constituents in fenugreek have antiplatelet effects in animal and in vitro research. However, common fenugreek products might not contain sufficient concentrations of these constituents for clinical effects. A clinical study in patients with coronary artery disease or diabetes shows that taking fenugreek seed powder 2.5 grams twice daily for 3 months does not affect platelet aggregation, fibrinolytic activity, or fibrinogen levels .

Here's the gist: Dicumarol is a blood thinner, and fenugreek contains compounds that, at least in lab and animal studies, may have a mild blood-thinning (antiplatelet) effect of their own. Stacked together, the theoretical worry is a little extra thinning, which could show up as easier bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or blood that takes longer to clot.

The good news is that this is mostly theoretical. A real clinical study using fenugreek seed powder didn't actually change how blood clots. Because Dicumarol is a narrow-margin drug where small shifts can matter, I'd still keep this on your radar. The amount in cooking is very unlikely to be an issue, but concentrated supplement doses are worth running past your pharmacist or doctor first.
