Here's the idea behind this one. 6-Mercaptopurine (Purinethol) works partly by calming down the immune system while it fights leukemia cells. Fermented milk products like yogurt or kefir contain live probiotic microbes that, in some lab and clinical research, seem to give the immune system a little nudge in the opposite direction. So in theory, regularly eating a lot of fermented milk could slightly work against what this medication is trying to do.

I want to be honest with you though: this is a theoretical concern based on how things work, not a proven, real-world problem. A normal serving of yogurt with breakfast is very unlikely to change your treatment. Still, since this is cancer therapy, please run your eating and probiotic habits by your oncologist or pharmacist before making changes.
