Dextroamphetamine (patch) falls under CYTOCHROME P450 2D6 (CYP2D6) SUBSTRATES — the group Feverfew interacts with.

Theoretically, feverfew might increase levels of drugs metabolized by CYP2D6.
Laboratory research shows that feverfew might inhibit CYP2D6. So far, this interaction has not been reported in humans.

Here's the gist for your Xelstrym patch. Feverfew, in lab dishes, seems to slow down an enzyme called CYP2D6, which is one of the pathways your body uses to clear dextroamphetamine. If that enzyme runs slower, a little more of the medication could hang around, which in theory might bump up its usual effects: a faster heartbeat, higher blood pressure, jitteriness, trouble sleeping, or a reduced appetite.

The important part is that this is only test-tube research so far, and it hasn't actually been seen in people taking these two together. So I wouldn't lose sleep over it, but if you'd like to add feverfew for migraines, run it past your pharmacist or doctor first so they can keep an eye on things.
