Anisindione falls under ANTICOAGULANT/ANTIPLATELET DRUGS — the group Garden Cress interacts with.

Theoretically, garden cress seed may increase the risk of bleeding if used with anticoagulant or antiplatelet drugs.
Animal research suggests that garden cress seed extract can increase bleeding time when used in combination with the antiplatelet agent clopidogrel. This has not been shown in humans and it is unclear if garden cress seed itself has anticoagulant or antiplatelet effects.

Anisindione (Miradon) is an older blood thinner, much like warfarin, that keeps your blood from clotting too easily. The concern here is fairly simple: if garden cress seed has any mild blood-thinning effect of its own, stacking it on top of Anisindione could, in theory, push your blood toward thinning a little too much. That might show up as easy bruising, nosebleeds, bleeding gums, or in more serious cases blood in your urine or stool.

Here's the honest part: this warning comes only from animal studies using clopidogrel, not from people, and it's not even clear garden cress truly thins blood. Everyday culinary amounts are unlikely to matter. Since Anisindione is a tightly dosed drug, please check with your pharmacist or doctor before using concentrated cress seed supplements.
